Vince’s professional career has focused on increasing demand and premiums paid for agricultural and manufactured products though taking a customer centred approach to value creation. Understanding the motivations of purchasing behaviour, the job the product has to do, and then applying innovation tools and technical know-how to create value. Vince has over 20 years experience working in both commercial and applied research settings across a range of industries including mining, textiles, instrumentation and the wine industry.
Specific areas of expertise include technology development and commercialisation, rheology, fluid mechanics, surface chemistry, lean manufacturing, packaging, automation, premiumisation strategy and design thinking.
Vincent recently moved on from the role of General Manager Business Development at the Australian Wine Research Institute to found Ancoeur Global, a company that develops high-end food and beverage offerings.
